A bout 40 Naga villages are located in Kachin State, in the Tanai Township & Shinbwiyang Sub-township.
More than 100 households are based in Myitkyina.
The Singpho (India)/Jangpho (Burma) are the same people. The Singpho and the Naga in Arunachal are living together.

The Baptist specially among the Tangshang Nagas were brought about by the Kachin Missionaries.
The Catholic among the Nagas are influenced by the Kachin Catholic church. Till today, the Naga Catholic uses Jangpho Bible and Hymn books.
The Naga Church of Christ were influenced by the Lisu and Rawang tribes of Kachin. For a long time, they use Lisu and Rawang language. At the present, they have started using the Bible and hymn in Tangshang Naga language through the Tangshang Naga tribe in Arunachal.
